GRAHAM BROWN'S FIRE! EP - A DIGITAL RELEASE | ||
|
PHILADELPHIA, PA --
Announcing "Fire!" a new independent EP
release from Philadelphia native Graham Brown. With strong, sometimes
politically motivated lyrics. The six-song EP encompasses the diversity of styles and expression
of a rising 20-year-old singer songwriter. With tracks ranging from the
Philly sound of "Run For Your Life" to the Alternative Acoustic, Nashville
inspired "Hold Me Down", the Fire! EP clearly defines Brown's reach - not
limited by genre. | ||
|
Produced
by Jay Davidson, multi platinum, Grammy Award winner Phil Nicolo and
Dennis Brown, some of Philadelphia's finest came together in Nicolo's
Studio 4 Recording to lend their talents to "Fire!” a true community based
release. "Working with this group of friends and peers has been an amazing
experience and I feel honored to have had the opportunity to assemble such
a fantastic group for this recording", said Graham Brown. "Up to this point, with
the exception of my Tin Angel date last month, I've played every show solo - in this world
of 'DIY' records, having the opportunity to work with such an accomplished
group of players and production staff really allowed me to develop these
songs in a way I had previously only heard in my head", Brown continued.

"Fire!" is Graham's third release, following a self-titled
debut (2002) and "Let It Be Alright" a DIY full length (2005). First
acknowledged in Philadelphia by Helen Leicht, WXPN's on air mid-day host,
and also the Philly Local program, Graham began receiving radio play when
his song "Blind" was submitted to 6ABC’s and XPN's 885 Most Memorable
Musical Moments countdown in 2007.
After a
summer 2007 mini-tour in the western states, Graham was also featured on
3TV’s “Good Morning Arizona” and remains watchful and open for opportunities
to increase his ability to get his music to the masses.
Since his first spin, Graham continues to build an
appreciative, supportive following from radio programmers, peers and fans
alike. | ||
